Kneel on the mat and sit back on your heels.
Place a bolster lengthwise in front of you.
Fold forward, resting your torso and head on the bolster. Let your arms relax by your sides or extend forward.
Sit with the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to drop open.
Place a bolster or pranayama pillow under your spine for support.
Lie back and rest your arms by your sides, palms up.
Sit sideways against a wall and swing your legs up onto it.
Place a folded blanket or bolster under your hips for gentle elevation.
Rest your arms comfortably and close your eyes.
Lie on your back with a bolster under your knees.
Rest your arms slightly away from your sides, palms facing up.
Allow your body to fully relax and your breath to flow naturally.
