This yoga mat is the BEST! I was using a cork mat, which i still love as well. My yoga instructors are enamored with the mat, it draws attention, and a lot of questions, for sure. Really does stick to the floor and definitely gets stickier the more you sweat.

Not only is this mat gorgeous with amazing healing energy, but it has helped me develop so much more strength. It’s also extremely durable. You’d think that something made of cotton would be more sensitive and more prone to quick wear and tear in comparison to traditional plastic mats, but I find that the plastic mats I used to have in the past deteriorated so quickly. Plastic mats also lost their functionality quickly as well. The more I use my yoga rug, the stronger and better it seems to get. LOVE!
