This herbal mix was selected by an Ayurvedic Doctor for its antibacterial, antifungal, immune support, skin soothing and anti-stress properties.  

Not ours! Other yoga rugs can be slippery compared to a sticky mat but ours is the only with grip ribs that help stabilize you. Yoga rugs also get more grippy with sweat unlike plastic mats that slip when wet.

3. Eco-Friendly   Unlike most mats that use toxic and non-biodegradable plastic PVC materials, our mats are 100% natural, biodegradable and do not impact the environment. 

Our handloomed cotton mats are plant dyed using an ancient method of Ayurvedic herbal dying. It takes a full 15 days to make each one. 

1. GOTS certified organic cotton is cleaned, naturally lightened and hand-spun into yarn.

2. The yarn is then naturally dyed with 20 different medicinal grade herbs using an ancient Ayurvedic method that preserves the potency of the plants.

3. The dyed yarn is then handloomed by skilled Indian artisans.

4. Natural tree rubber (latex) is then painted onto the bottom for grip.

5. There are zero chemicals and no electricity is needed to make these mats. 

6. Fair wages and safe working conditions are ensured to our artisan partners. Most workers are women and are able to work from home together with their families.
